Western Trip Planning

Jan and Phil Quist, Sharon and Dirk Pegman, and Barb and Don Bultman are heading West - for a whole month.  We have plans to visit Presidential museums, Lincoln, Truman, Eisenhower and maybe Hoover.  We intend to tour a couple of  cities - St Louis, Santa Fe, Gallup, Page, and Colorado Springs.  We have our sights on National Parks and Monuments - Mesa Verde, Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks,  Capitol Reef, Arches, Canyonlands, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison.  We will end up in Colorado Springs where the Quist's will be visiting on Grand Parents Day at the Zaruba's school.

We are keeping up this blog, mainly as a journal for us, but the whole world is invited to read it too.

I, Phil, will be encouraging each of the six of us to write equal parts of it. This is going to be interesting.

The Pegmans and Quists are traveling in our Prius V so space for a month of supplies are limited.  Planning included prioritizing clothing so that it all fits in one soft bag per person.  It is called simple living.  We succeeded!  The food supplies will dwindle, so we will have even more room.

ENOUUGH WITH ALL THIS PANNING ALREADY!  LET'S GET GOING!
